EdSol Ltd operated very successfully from 1998 to 2015 under the sole directorship of Ron Scott.
At the start of 2016 Ron established EdSol UK based in the UK.

EdSol NZ began operation in January 2016 continuing the service previously shared by EdSol Ltd
with Michael Leach and Peter Gall as consultants and directors of the company.
